PRINCIPALES CARACTERISTIQUES DU PROJET :
Le projet consiste à agrandir le site ACE à Equeurdreville par l’acquisition d’un terrain voisin, pour le compte de ACE – 7 rue des Claires – 50460 QUERQUEVILLE. Les travaux ont pour objet la construction de bâtiments tertiaire et industriels, la réhabilitation d’un bâtiment tertiaire et l’aménagement des abords extérieurs.
La présente consultation ne concerne que le lot 1 VRD. Le reste des lots fera partie d’une consultation ultérieure.
